Shipping policy

This page explains how and when we ship replacement engines, what it costs, and how long delivery takes.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders delivered anywhere in the United States. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay — there are no separate freight or handling charges added at checkout.

Order processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days of payment clearing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3–7 business days depending on your distance from the dispatching warehouse (Alaska and Hawaii may take a few days longer). Total time from order to doorstep is therefore typically 8–12 business days.

Engines are heavy items and travel by ground freight or parcel carrier depending on size and weight. Larger engines may be delivered by a freight carrier who will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 6 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Delivery areas and restrictions

  • We ship free to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Washington, DC.
  • We do not currently ship to US territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not able to redirect a shipment once it has left the warehouse, and re-delivery charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on.

Damaged or missing shipments

Inspect your engine on arrival. If the packaging or the engine is visibly damaged, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. If a tracked shipment does not arrive, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
