These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

This website sells replacement small engines and related parts. Our business contact details are on the contact page.

2. Products and fitment

Product listings state the engine model and, where known, the OEM engines and machines the item is intended to replace. Fitment information is provided in good faith as a guide. It remains your responsibility to confirm that an engine suits your machine before installing it — check the shaft diameter and length, crankshaft orientation, bolt pattern and control layout. If you are unsure, contact us with your machine and engine model numbers before ordering and we will help you check.

Photographs are representative. Some listings are marked as reference pictures; the engine supplied is the model named in the title.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping to all US states. Prices exclude any sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you and issue a full refund rather than dispatch.

4. Billing terms

The name that appears on your card or bank statement is the name of this business. You will be charged once, for the order total shown at checkout, at the time of purchase. We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our payment provider over a secure encrypted connection. We do not operate subscriptions and will not charge you on a recurring basis.

6. Returns and refunds

Your right to return an item, the 30-day window and our free-returns commitment are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty

Engines carry a 30-day warranty from delivery against defects, unless the product listing states otherwise. The warranty covers the engine itself. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, running without oil or with contaminated fuel, modification, commercial overloading, or normal wear of consumable parts. Where a listing states that no manufacturer warranty applies, our 30-day warranty is the warranty that applies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use of a machine, labour or installation costs, or loss of income. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Emissions and regional restrictions

It is your responsibility to ensure that an engine you buy may lawfully be used where you intend to use it.

10. Intellectual property

Manufacturer names, model numbers and trade marks are used for identification and compatibility reference only. We are an independent seller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any engine or equipment manufacturer named on this site.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
